We offer Parents Night Out 1- 2 Fridays each month from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm. Your children get 3 hrs of supervised play & games while YOU get a night out.  Follow our FaceBook page for dates or view our news letter located in our announcements tab.   $20 per gym member, $25 per non-member (waiver must be signed), snacks & drinks $1- $2, pizza $2.50/slice. Drop in and join us. No need to pre-register.

Whether you're a former gymnast looking to relive your glory days or a complete beginner eager to learn new skills, our class welcomes all. You'll improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination through a variety of exercises, from tumbling and trampoline to balance beam and bars. With supportive coaches and a friendly atmosphere, you'll be cheering each other on as you conquer new moves and discover just how amazing your body can be.  Offered on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 7:30 p.m. - 9:00 p.m..  Visit the class schedule tab in order to sign up.  Contact us personally for questions.
